Amarena jam is made with a special variety of sour cherries native to Emilia-Romagna. These cherries are smaller and firmer than typical sweet cherries, offering a unique flavour that balances tart and slightly bitter notes. Their deep, dark red to almost black colour is beautifully preserved thanks to our gentle steam-cooking process, which maintains the fruit’s natural colour and authentic taste for a rich and distinctive jam experience.
Ingredients: Amarena 120% (120 grams of fruit per 100 grams of jam) and raw cane sugar.
Sweet taste, vegan and gluten-free
Artisanal Luvirie production, no pectin, no added colourings, no preservatives.
