Our artisanal Ravioli are small bundles of shortcrust pastry filled with two of our typical Romagna products, which we also produce in jars: our Savòr (fruit mostarda) and Caramelised figs. 

There are also cocoa Ravioli filled with candied Amarene (Romagna sour cherries), a true delight for chocolate lovers, as they perfectly combine the sweetness with the slightly bitter notes of the cherries and cocoa.

Typical Romagna biscuits reimagined to remain soft on the palate, never becoming dry or crumbly. We like to call them “soft pastry biscuits” because we use only high-quality, locally sourced ingredients (such as stone-milled flour and handcrafted butter).
