Our Ravioli are small bundles of shortcrust pastry filled with our Romagna caramelised figs: despite the naturally high sugar content of the figs, the final taste is wonderfully subtle and refined

Ingredients shortcrust pastry: soft wheat flour (type 1), butter, potato starch, icing sugar, cane sugar, eggs, natural flavourings, vanillin, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450).

Ingredients filling (25%): figs 85%, lemon juice and raw cane sugar
