Our cocoa Ravioli are small bundles of cocoa-based (2,5%) shortcrust pastry filled with candied Amarene (Romagna sour cherries). They are true delight for chocolate lovers, as they perfectly combine the sweetness with the slightly bitter notes of the cherries and cocoa.

Ingredients shortcrust pastry: soft wheat flour (type 1), cacao (2,5%), butter, potato starch, icing sugar, cane sugar, eggs, natural flavourings, vanillin, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450); Cervia unrefined sea salt.

Ingredients filling (20%): Amarene and raw cane sugar
