To produce 100 grams of our artisanal compote, our recipe uses 120 grams of fruit plus 40 grams of Apple Puree: a wholesome alternative to marmalades and jams, made exclusively from fruit and completely free of added sugar.
The extensive range of Italian sugar-free fruit compotes by Luvirie is crafted artisanally by steam-cooking only the fruit with. This innovative cooking method preserves the true flavour and natural colour of the fruit without adding pectin, colourings or preservatives.
