Amarena (Sour Cherry) compote is made with a special variety of sour cherries native to Emilia-Romagna. The slightly bitter taste is sweetened by the apple puree. Their deep, dark red to almost black colour is beautifully preserved thanks to our gentle steam-cooking process, which maintains the fruit’s natural colour and authentic taste.

Ingredients: Amarena 120 g and Apples puree 40 g.

Sweet taste, vegan and gluten-free

Artisanal Luvirie production, no pectin, no added colourings, no preservatives.
