    Mostarda Romagnola

    A spicy mostarda handcrafted using the traditional recipe of Romagna’s arzdore (home cooks), who always kept fruit pieces whole to enhance both flavour and texture. The result is a quince-based mostarda, similar in appearance and consistency to a cotognata in pieces.

    To keep the process natural, the typical mostarda aroma – usually obtained with synthetic flavourings – is replaced by fresh ginger.

    Ingredients: cane sugar, quince, apples, pears, plums, lemon juice, fresh ginger.

    Romagna Savòr with Grape Must and Quince

    Savòr is a genuine artisanal preserve that embodies the richness of Romagna’s rural heritage, autumn harvests, and the grape harvest season. Rooted in a traditional recipe that made use of every fruit offered by the land during this time of year, nothing was ever wasted, preserving nature’s bounty as a vital food reserve for the winter months.

    Our unique recipe combines slow-cooked grape must and quince with pears, raisins, walnuts, almonds, oranges, and a hint of cinnamon. Though its texture may remind you of an Italian fruit mostarda or quince and grape must jam, the intensity and depth of flavours set it apart, delivering an exceptional taste experience that surpasses traditional expectations.

    Ingredients: grape must (contains sulphites) and quince with pears, raisins, walnuts, almonds, oranges and a hint of cinnamon.

    Caramelised Figs

    Our caramelised figs are a true jewel of traditional Romagna cuisine, crafted through a long, artisanal process. Following an authentic Romagna recipe and traditional methods, whole figs are gently caramelised, stirred slowly by hand with large wooden spoons for over three hours, to preserve their natural integrity and delicate flavour.

    These typical Romagna products were honoured with the “Innovative Product” award at TuttoFood 2011, the prestigious biennial global food fair held in Milan.

    Ingredients: Figs 60%, lemon juice and raw cane sugar.

    Featuring ripe pear, pumpkin and a touch of ginger, which gives it its distinctive mild heat, Luviriata is an ideal accompaniment to cheeses, as well as raw fish and meat dishes, enhancing every bite with its unique character.

    Our Peperina is a spicy Italian mostarda made with 70% peppers and hot chili, balanced by a delicate sweet and sour note from a drop of wine vinegar. Born from an original recipe by Luvirie, from which it takes its name, it captures the perfect harmony of quality and tradition, flavours that never fade from the tables of fine food lovers. 

    Chili peppers are known for their metabolism-boosting and antioxidant properties, making Peperina especially suited for those who enjoy spicy food. It pairs wonderfully with meats and mature cheeses, enhancing their rich flavours with a vibrant kick

    Red Onion Mostarda with Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (Balsamic Vinegar from Modena)

    Our mostarda is crafted from an original Luvirie recipe, using only three carefully selected, high-quality ingredients: red onions (150%), sweeter and milder than common onions, traditional Modena IGP balsamic vinegar and unrefined cane sugar. 

    The red onions are slowly cooked in a very well-known Italian vinegar with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), Aceto Balsamico di Modena, until they transform into a luscious, creamy mostarda, blending softness and rich, tangy flavours in every spoonful.It pairs beautifully with mature cheeses and can also be enjoyed spread on a crusty bread, ideal for aperitifs or light snacks.

    Ingredients: red onions (150%), Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (15%) and row cane sugar.
