Soft biscuits made with amarena cherries, a typical fruit from Romagna, crafted artisanally in our pastry workshop.

These are classic biscuits reimagined in Romagna style, remaining tender in the mouth without ever becoming dry or crumbly. We like to call them “soft pastry biscuits” because we use only noble, locally sourced ingredients (such as stone-milled flour and handcrafted butter).

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 1, butter, icing sugar, 20% amarena cherries, whole eggs, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450), lemon zest, colour E129, natural strawberry flavour.

Sweet taste. Contains gluten.
