Soft biscuits made with dark chocolate and Cervia unrefined sea salt, crafted artisanally in our pastry workshop.

These are typical Romagna biscuits reimagined to remain tender on the palate, never becoming dry or crumbly.

We like to call them “soft pastry biscuits” because we use only high-quality, locally sourced ingredients (such as stone-milled flour and handcrafted butter).

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 1, dark chocolate 23%, raw cane sugar, eggs, butter, egg yolks, unsweetened cocoa powder, raising agent (disodium diphosphate E450), sorbic acid E200, Cervia unrefined sea salt 0.25%.

Sweet taste. Contains gluten.

Artisanal Luvirie production.
