Artisanal Easter Colomba where we have reinterpreted the traditional recipe by successfully adding chocolate and Amarena cherries, a typical fruit from Romagna, instead of sultanas and candied fruit.

We always choose high-quality raw materials, all locally sourced from zero-kilometre suppliers, such as stone-milled flour and artisanal butter.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, water, cane sugar, egg yolks, natural yeast, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier E471, egg whites, almond flour, pregelatinised starch, almonds, Cervia salt, chocolate and Amarena cherries. Glaze Ingredients: pearl sugar, rice flour, corn starch, almonds, vegetable fat, egg white.
