An Easter Colomba where we have reinterpreted the traditional recipe adding chocolate along with pears and candied ginger instead of sultanas and candied fruit. 

We ensure high quality in the selection of raw materials, all locally sourced from zero-kilometre suppliers.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, water, cane sugar, egg yolks, natural yeast, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier E471, egg whites, almond flour, pregelatinised starch, almonds, Cervia salt, pears, chocolate and candied ginger. Glaze Ingredients: pearl sugar, rice flour, corn starch, almonds, vegetable fat, egg white.

Sweet taste. Contains gluten.
