In this Easter Colomba, we have added coffee paste, white chocolate and chocolate chips to the dough to make it even more indulgent and original.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, water, cane sugar, egg yolks, brewer’s yeast, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier E471, egg whites, almond flour, pregelatinised starch, almonds, coffee paste, white chocolate, chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin). Glaze Ingredients: pearl sugar, rice flour, corn starch, almonds, vegetable fat, egg white.
