Traditional panettone with candied fruit and sultanas, made according to the classic recipe.
We ensure high quality in the selection of raw materials, all locally sourced from zero-kilometre suppliers, including stone-milled flour and artisanal butter, and in the craftsmanship of our in-house pastry workshop.
Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, water, cane sugar, egg yolks, candied fruit, sultanas (candied in-house), natural yeast, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier E471, egg whites, almond flour, pregelatinised starch, almonds, Cervia salt.

From our natural yeast comes the King of Christmas: a soft panettone with its distinctive aroma. Well-leavened, with an even distribution of ingredients throughout the dough.
Excellent raw materials and careful craftsmanship produce a moist, compact dough with a rich, indulgent flavour.
Rather than being boxed, the panettone is packaged in an original way using paper, ribbon, and various decorations, which can also be personalised according to customer requests.
