This is our most original Panettone, where we have replaced the traditional sultanas and candied fruit of the classic Panettone with dark chocolate and Cervia unrefined sea salt, creating a bold flavour that is sweet yet uniquely lightly salted.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, water, cane sugar, egg yolks, natural yeast, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier E471, egg whites, almond flour, pregelatinised starch, almonds, chocolate, chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin) and Cervia sea salt.

Sweet taste. Contains gluten.
