The quince tree is one of the oldest fruit trees known to humanity and in Romagna, quinces are a cherished product. Its unique fragrance and balanced flavour perfectly complement savory dishes, making it a versatile addition to any table.
Ingredients: Quinces 120% (120 grams of fruit per 100 grams of jam) and raw cane sugar.
